Pay in Person:   Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, at 155 S. Main St. Lynchburg OH 45142 

After Hours:   By our Deposit Drop Box,

                    Online at:  www.lynchburgutility.com, or

                    NCourt Phone:  1-800-701-8560. 

   Payments made after hours will be credited the next business day.

   If full bill payments are not received by its due date, a Late Penalty will be assessed.  If the original amount due plus the Late Penalty is not paid by the Shut-Off date, a Disconnect Processing Fee will be added making this your PAST DUE balance. 

   Your Past Due Balance must be paid-in-full before service can be restored.  We can only restore service during our normal business hours.  Once your Past Due balance is paid in full, a Reconnect Processing Fee will be added to your bill.

   We are NOT responsible for U.S. Mail delivery, checks in transit, and/or checks lost in transit.  Failure to receive bills does not excuse a late or non-payment.
